German Shepherd Puppy Meets Mom Cat with Newborn Kittens for the First Time

The fact the cat lets the dog get that close to both her and her kittens is proof of the trust she has with the shepherd. Such a good relationship.The trust and patience that cat is showing is remarkable!!! In my experience a lot of animal moms (cats and dogs) are quite protective of their babies and don’t let anyone near them besides their trusted human (if even that), so it’s absolutely beautiful to see the cat letting her puppy friend give her kisses and say hello to the kittens ❤️I love that the dog by the end has decided “I shall be their Guardian and Protector, from now until then end of days. Now I will commence my everlasting vigil…oh wonder what’s down beside the bed” 😂He doesn’t really understand what is going on, but he knows the little guys are important to his cat friend and is going to guard them no matter what … remarkable , absolutely beautifulIt’s amazing how much animals understand and insight they have. For those that see animals as “dumb,” they understand about the fragility of life much more than humans and behave accordingly. I brought 3 one-month old kittens into my home that their mama cat left in my yard. I had no place to put them, so I placed them in my bedroom where my older male cat practically lives, as he seldom leaves to roam the rest of the house. At first, I was concerned about his reaction and kept a close eye on him. In no time I saw that he had adopted them as their “momma,” and licked/cleaned them continuously. It’s as though he understood that these were young kittens unable to care for themselves and had no one else but him. It’s been one whole month and they are fully bonded with each other. He lets them bite and climb all over him. It’s amazing. How many human men would be so quick to adopt another man’s children and look after them as his own??The way allows the doggy to come close to them is a good sign and the way she lays there very confident that he won’t hurt them is absolutely preciousWhat a positively adorable pup with such a calm, curious, and loving personality. He’s going to grow up to be a fabulous dog. Mama cat is a real calm beauty, too. This owner knows what she’s doing. Thanks for posting this GREAT video.
